When will my order arrive?
All Domestic and orders in Canada are shipped using USPS. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and payment verification. Add an additional 7 - 10 business days for delivery.
Domestic USA Shipping Policies
We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses.
Orders are shipped by USPS. Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. Customers will receive an email notification with shipping details once the package is sent.
Standard International Orders ship with USPS Airmail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the package weight and destination. Shipping rates and shipment time depend on the destination country. Standard international shipping generally takes approximately 5-10 business days after the 5 business day order processing and payment verification. International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders. Houzz of Threadz is not responsible for any additional tariffs.
*Houzz of Threadz is not responsible for delays in shipping that occur once the package leaves our warehouse. Packages may be delayed due to security screens for potential fraud.
Most items are shipped directly from our warehouse, however, some are Drop-ship items and are shipped directly from the vendor.
Order processing can take up to 10 business days. All orders are shipped with standard USPS shipping.
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the vendor so they will arrive separately from the rest of your order. If you order from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each vendor/brand.

Returns & Exchanges
As a valued customer, we want you to know that we care and we vow to ensure you have a great retail experience with us. Should you wish to return your item(s) please refer to the guidelines below and email us explaining the reason for your return request, within 7 days from receiving your order.
To request a return and further instructions on how to return your order, email us at email@example.com. Exchanges/returns will be processed upon receipt of the item(s).
Returned items must be in like-new condition, unwashed and unworn. Items must be sent back to the return shipping address on the package label with the packing slip and a note with the requested action, refund or exchange. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Please refer to the following guideline for our return/exchange policy:
- Include original packing slip with your order info and the returned item(s) in its original condition, unwashed/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached.
- Items must be returned within 7 days from receiving your order.
- Evaluation process may take up to 21 days from receipt.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Sale item(s) are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Socks, swimwear, undergarments, or lingerie are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective.
- Discounted products through the use of a coupon may be returned for store credits.
- Store credits are non-transferable.
- Upon dispute, Houzz of Threadz reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to the appropriate warehouse.
We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If packages are not checked in at the warehouse and you do not have tracking the return may not be processed.
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
